When I was 18 years old, I thought I had my life all figured out. It’s so funny to sit
back now and see how God has had His hand in everything, even when I wasn’t sure how things would unfold.

If you’ve ever seen the movie 27 Dresses, you know exactly where this is going. Right out of high school, I began my journey of event planning after several of my friends got engaged. I spent years being the bridesmaid and wedding planner for what felt like everyone I knew, however, I was never the bride. I distinctly remember praying and telling God the desires of my heart, and also asked him to change my heart's desire if that did not match up with His plan for me.

About a year after I completely surrendered my life to Him, I unexpectedly met my husband. We were married in the fall of 2013, and in July of 2015, we welcomed our son, Matthew, into the world. Together with my husband, we successfully own and operate a large farm in south Georgia as well as a growing skincare business with Rodan + Fields. Additionally, I work part time as the Director for the Chamber of Commerce in my community. I never imagined myself living on a farm, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. 

When we are not in the middle of planting or harvest season, my family and I enjoy vacationing at the beach, going to Disney World, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. We faithfully serve in our church and community. We love Christmas...like LOVE it! Traveling and helping others is one of my love languages. There are fewer things that I cherish more than seeing my favorite people
happy and thriving.

If I’ve learned anything about myself over the last decade, it’s that I am always evolving and learning. I pride myself in being loyal, paying attention to details, and being significant in the lives of others.
