In every home there is a space that is full of fun and joy. For me, the moment that I enter into my son’s bedroom I am instantly taken back to the most carefree days of my life. This space is a place where we spend hours playing “Disney World”, and where we allow our most creative imaginations to take center stage.
My husband and I have always had a personal deep love for the magic of Disney World. From the moment we knew we were expecting, we dreamed of making magical memories with our family at our happy place. We took Matthew to Disney for the first time when he was 18 months old, and it was one of the happiest moments ever. If you’ve ever been to WDW, you know how much planning goes into one of these trips. Where do we want to stay? How much money should we budget for? What are the best restaurants? How do we score the awesome fast passes? I spent many months researching and planning, which resulted in the most magical trip beyond explanation. After we returned home, Matthew wanted to play “Disney World”. Over the last four years, we regularly transform his room into his favorite rides and favorite hotels. I love the way that his imagination runs wild and that we have created timeless memories with him.
Since that first family trip, we became annual pass holders and I have planned many trips, not only for my family, but for many others as well.
